Manny Riera - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Riera is the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Mr. Riera has served as an educator, coach and administrator in Miami-Dade County Public Schools for 28 years. He has served as a business manager, athletic trainer, and administrative assistant at several South Florida schools, in addition to teaching and serving as a school administrator. He serves as a founding member of the Dade County Athletic Trainer Association. He completed the Executive Training Program for Principals in Miami Dade in 2005. Mr. Riera was named Miami-Dade “Administrator of the Year” in 2005 by the Council for Exceptional Education.

He has served as an educational consultant in Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Illinois. He serves on the Board of Directors for Fun4kidz and Friends in Education, two non-profit organizations in South Florida. Mr. Riera is also a member of the Florida Association of SES Providers, the Education Industry Association, the Latin Builders Association and the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce, and the National Tutoring Association. Mr. Riera is responsible for Business Development and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. He serves as Vice President of Financial affairs for Endeavor Management Organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

As the Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Riera’s responsibilities include all budget and financial manners; short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals; establishing performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management; directing and participating in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans; participating in capital market development.
